I've come to accept the fact that teachers are overworked and underpaid. However, the reason I became a teacher was to make a difference in a child's life. Although there are other factors to consider, for me, I think as long as "one" of my students have succeeded, then I have made a difference. I'm satisfied with the outcome.

I agree with you. As a kindergarten teacher, I am so amazed at the progress and growth my students made since they walked into my class at the beginning of the school year.
